Unity User and Application Support

Service Description:

Provide Tier 1 support to new and established Unity users.

Eligibility: 

Available to all research groups within the College of Arts & Sciences.

Standard Availability:

Service available 24/7. Requests fulfilled during normal business hours.

What Is Included:

This service includes on boarding new users of Unity, answering routine user questions, triaging issues for more in-depth support by other groups, writing user documentation, compiling example scripts or workflows, and coordinating training.

Cost:

No associated cost.
