Overview: 

The Service Desk is the central point of contact for all Arts and Sciences Technology (ASCTech) computing services. Our expert technicians provide live phone support (614-688-4447), walk in support located in the basement of Denney Hall, and on-site support in offices, classrooms, and labs. With our call tracking system, if the Service Desk cannot resolve a problem, it is handed off to the appropriate support area for resolution based on routing rules. All work requests are reviewed by management daily to ensure quality service.

What is Included: 

Email and web requests are received in the electronic call tracking system 24 X 7 and will be responded to as soon as possible.

Live phone support and remote control trouble resolution Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm by calling 614-688-4447.

Visit our walk-in location in 009 Denney Hall Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Costs: 

No cost to Arts and Sciences faculty, staff and students
